From modest beginnings, this controversial Revolutionary figure would ultimately become the first Secretary to the Treasury in 1789. The necklace pictured here is inscribed with a quotation from Hamilton's intimate letter, now in the New York Historical Society, to Elizabeth Schuyler, the daughter of one of New York's most influential families, only a few weeks before their marriage in 1780. It displays his elegance as a wordsmith along with his charm and will certainly have an effect on a modern day Valentine.
All designs are gift boxed. Story cards are included that provide detail about the history behind each piece.
